The person who feels inactive should engage himself in various activities (small or big ) even if he does not feel like to do so. Doing such activity, helps to feel good about himself at least for a certain period of time. Doing Exercise is the most important activity in which one feel good about oneself. Go for a walk, hit a gym, take a sauna bath, go for cycling, paint, write, read good books, clean your house, watch comedy shows, etc.,
It is mostly found in various Psychology studies that a person suffering from depression often thinks negatively about himself as well as the world around him. He thinks that he is worthless and the world he stays in is very unfair to him. This people should engage themselves in the work they find happiness in. This can largely help him to deviate himself from thinking negative about himself.
The people who are depressed should stay in touch with friends and family, but, there are also large number of people suffering through depression who don’t open up fearing that people around them would make fun of them. Therefore, people around such depression struck people should keep in touch with. Friends are the one who can play a major role in here.
The Depressed person should keep in mind that every person on this earth has couple of fears in his mind always, but, its only upon you how you deal with it. Every one in his life has to face your fears and win over them. Everyone is fighting their own battle known as “LIFE” in their own unique way. It should always be kept in mind that one should never compare himself with other people. It only makes us feel worthless for not having the same things in our life what the person has we compare with. The person should himself identify and correct their thoughts on his fear which are mostly based on his negative thinking or views of life.
It is many a times observed that a (Major Part of section) Depressed person drinks too much of alcohol. Its not going to improve but only going to worse your situation.
