It is mostly found in various Psychology studies that a person suffering from depression often thinks negatively about himself as well as the world around him. He thinks that he is worthless and the world he stays in is very unfair to him. This people should engage themselves in the work they find happiness in. This can largely help him to deviate himself from thinking negative about himself.

Every one in his life has to face your fears and win over them. Everyone is fighting their own battle known as “LIFE” in their own unique way. It should always be kept in mind that one should never compare himself with other people. It only makes us feel worthless for not having the same things in our life what the person has we compare with. The person should himself identify and correct their thoughts on his fear which are mostly based on his negative thinking or views of life.
It is many a times observed that a (Major Part of section) Depressed person drinks too much of alcohol. Its not going to improve but only going to worse your situation.
